CUREXA PRP
The CUREXA PRP system offers two different centrifugation protocols that let you manage the leukocyte concentration according to the needs of each case and the goal of the application.
CUREXA PRP is a vacuum PRP tube system that allows different plasma components to be prepared according to the requirements of the case.
The Amber PRP protocol prepares leukocyte rich plasma, while the Pure PRP protocol prepares leukocyte poor plasma, helping you make a choice suited to your application goal.
The 1 ml sodium citrate contained in the 16 × 100 mm tubes and the centrifugation parameters determined by rotor type support a controlled, consistent plasma preparation process.
The system offers two separate centrifugation protocols that allow you to prepare leukocyte rich Amber PRP or leukocyte poor Pure PRP according to your application goal.
The Amber PRP and Pure PRP options help to manage the leukocyte content of the plasma in line with the requirements of the case.
The 16 × 100 mm vacuum PRP tubes contain 1 ml sodium citrate to prevent the whole blood from clotting and are designed to be used with centrifuges that have suitable tube slots.
With a fixed angle rotor centrifuge, 500 RCF is applied for 3 minutes for Pure PRP and 500 RCF for 6 minutes for Amber PRP; with a swing out rotor centrifuge, 1150 RCF is applied for 4 minutes for Pure PRP and 1150 RCF for 8 minutes for Amber PRP.
The platelet rich plasma obtained with CUREXA PRP is prepared to support cellular healing processes in bone and soft tissue through the growth factors it contains.
In the Pure PRP protocol, the plasma above the erythrocyte layer is collected, while in the Amber PRP protocol a 2 ml plasma portion is collected together with the buffy coat above the erythrocyte layer.
CUREXA PRP is designed as a medical device and is offered in line with the CE and ISO 13485 quality standards stated in the product text.
